Colton Cowser's thrilling return with a home run helped the Baltimore Orioles secure a 5-1 victory over the Seattle Mariners on Tuesday night. Cowser, after recovering from a broken left thumb, homered in his first post-injury game. Orioles right-hander Tomoyuki Sugano delivered a strong performance, allowing just one run in seven innings. Meanwhile, Mariners' pitcher George Kirby was injured by a line drive, exiting early in the sixth inning.
