💨 Abstract
In the second quarter of 2025, the median home sales price in the D.C. metro area increased by 2.3% year-over-year. However, one in five metro areas experienced annual price declines. Only 5% of metro markets saw double-digit annual gains, down from 11% in the first quarter.
