đ¨ Abstract
China will impose tariffs of 4.9% to 19.8% on pork imports from the EU, down from preliminary tariffs of up to 62.4%. This follows an investigation into EU pork dumping, which China claims harms its domestic industry. The tariffs, effective from Wednesday, will last five years and affect all types of pork products. Spain, the Netherlands, and Denmark will be most impacted.
