Christine Hunsicker, former CEO of clothing tech companies CaaStle Inc. and P180, has been charged with fraud, identity theft, and making false statements after allegedly deceiving investors out of over $300 million. According to the indictment, Hunsicker misrepresented CaaStle's financial health, falsified documents, and continued her scheme even after being confronted by law enforcement.
