💨 Abstract
The Trump administration has frequently turned to the Supreme Court to intervene in lower court rulings that obstruct their agenda, filing emergency appeals nearly weekly. The court has handled 11 cases so far, with the administration winning more than losing. Recent disputes include transgender military service bans, deportations, and DOI information transparency. The administration also seeks to curtail nationwide injunctions, which have halted several of Trump's policies. Judges have issued 40 such injunctions since January.
