💨 Abstract
On July 3, 2025, First Lady Melania Trump visited Children’s National Hospital in Washington. She engaged with patients making Fourth of July crafts and visited the Bunny Mellon Healing Garden, which she had dedicated earlier. The garden was adorned for Independence Day and honored Rachel "Bunny" Mellon, who designed the Rose Garden during the Kennedy administration. Trump also inspected a new yellow rose bush donated by the White House and met with a young transplant patient.
