đ¨ Abstract
Montgomery County, Maryland, has been focused on workplace mental health, especially for employees dealing with high-stress, public-facing roles. Wellness program managers Lily Rojas and Amanda Cohill emphasize the importance of self-care for employees, including police officers, social service workers, and others. They work to make sure all 10,000 employees at 300 county locations have access to mental health services. The pandemic dramatically increased the openness of employees to receive such services.
