💨 Abstract
The family of Jenoah Donald, a 30-year-old Black man who was fatally shot by a deputy in Washington during a traffic stop in 2021, has settled their wrongful death lawsuit for $3.5 million. The deputy, Sean Boyle, shot Donald after a struggle ensued when deputies attempted to pull him out of the car. Donald was on the autism spectrum and initially cooperative.
