Leaders of 47 European countries will meet in Tirana, Albania, to discuss security, defense, competitiveness, and migration challenges, with Russia's invasion of Ukraine at the forefront. The European Political Community (EPC) summit, themed "New Europe in a new world: unity — cooperation — joint action," will also feature bilateral discussions. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is invited, while Russian President Vladimir Putin rejected a peace meeting offer.
