đź’¨ Abstract
A federal appeals court in Atlanta is considering reviving a lawsuit against True the Vote, a conservative group accused of violating the Voting Rights Act by challenging the eligibility of over 360,000 Georgia voters ahead of a 2021 Senate runoff. The court suggested that a lower court judge may have erred in ruling that True the Vote did not attempt to intimidate voters.
