💨 Abstract
Printed and national non-presidential elections in the United States are only for citizens. A Chinese national living in Michigan faced charges for voting in the 2024 elections who had flown to China in January, which he had been barred from. Amidst the complex situation regarding international voting rules and passport regulations, the suspect is at large after leaving the country, and he now faces a federal charge of felony perjury.
