💨 Abstract
The Detroit Tigers placed rookie pitcher Jackson Jobe on the 15-day injured list with a right elbow flexor strain. Jobe, who has a 4-1 record, reported discomfort and underwent an evaluation that confirmed the injury. The team called up right-handed pitcher Dylan Smith from Triple-A Toledo for his major-league debut, transferring Alex Cobb to the 60-day injured list to make roster space.
