💨 Abstract
A growing number of employers are adopting Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs), allowing workers to choose their own health insurance plans. This approach, created during President Trump's administration, offers small businesses a predictable cost and gives employees more control over their coverage. However, it also shifts the risk and responsibility of finding suitable insurance onto the employees, who may find the process overwhelming.
