💨 Abstract
In Utah, a 16-year-old boy was charged with four counts of murder after allegedly shooting three people, including an infant and a pregnant woman, at a carnival. The incident, part of a gang confrontation, also injured two teens and a pregnant woman. The teen, a member of the Titanic Crip Society, allegedly targeted an 18-year-old man associated with rival gang members.
