💨 Abstract
Tennessee guard Ruby Whitehorn will plead not guilty to felony charges of domestic assault and aggravated burglary. Her attorney, Gregory P. Isaacs, asserts that Whitehorn is innocent and that eyewitness accounts contradict the charges. The initial hearing, slated for Aug. 12, was pushed to Sept. Whitehorn was arrested for allegedly breaking into a woman's residence to retrieve her property.
