💨 Abstract
The Trump administration has requested a pause in a second judicial ruling challenging his broad tariffs under emergency powers. The administration asked a U.S. appeals court to suspend a preliminary injunction issued last week in a case involving two U.S. toy manufacturers, Learning Resources and hand2mind. The government argued that suspending the tariffs would threaten and weaken trade negotiations.
