Instant fettuccine Alfredo with chicken from Walmart and Kroger, made by FreshRealm, have been recalled after a listeria outbreak that caused 17 illnesses, including three deaths and one fetal loss, across 13 states. The outbreak spanned from August 2024 to May 2025. The USDA is investigating, and affected products must be discarded or returned.
