💨 Abstract
A Massachusetts man, Paul Corcoran, won $2 million from two separate Powerball lottery tickets purchased from different stores. He accidentally bought an extra ticket to cover the same draw, resulting in both tickets matching five of the six numbers, each worth $1 million before taxes. Corcoran missed the Powerball number by one. The two stores where he bought the tickets will each receive a $10,000 prize.
