💨 Abstract
From January 2024 to March 2025, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) accumulated over 11 million pending cases, a record high due to new guidelines under the Trump administration. This increase, nearly 2 million more than the previous year, has led to extended wait times for critical processes like green card applications, citizenship requests and humanitarian asylums.
