💨 Abstract

Many people in their 60s may look younger due to factors like genetics, lifestyle, and socioeconomic status, which can lower their "biological age" compared to their chronological age. Biological age reflects health status, unlike chronological age, which is simply the number of years lived. Factors influencing biological age include genetics, lifestyle, and health conditions. Tests and activities can determine biological age and assess overall well-being.
