💨 Abstract
On August 4, 2025, the tropical storm Dexter formed in the Atlantic, moving northeast away from the U.S. coastline and north of Bermuda. The National Hurricane Center is monitoring two more potential cyclones. Dexter, with winds of 75 km/h, is expected to stay over open water with no land impact. As the season heats up, warm ocean temperatures may fuel more tropical development. Dexter is the fourth named storm of the Atlantic season.
