💨 Abstract

Despite fears that AI will replace jobs, recent research by Vanguard shows that occupations highly exposed to AI have grown faster post-COVID-19 than other jobs. Between mid-2023 and mid-2025, these jobs saw a 1.7% increase, compared to 1% pre-COVID-19. Salaries in these roles also grew faster. However, some companies report reducing entry-level positions due to AI.
