💨 Abstract
The NFL has entered a nonbinding agreement to sell NFL Network, NFL Fantasy, and RedZone rights to ESPN. The NFL will receive a 10% equity stake in ESPN. ESPN will integrate these assets into its upcoming direct-to-consumer service, launching by late September. The deal aims to boost ESPN's content value and aligns with the NFL's revenue goals. ESPN will operate NFL Network, and the NFL will retain control over RedZone's production and digital rights.
