💨 Abstract
Vietnam has approved a $1.5 billion project by the Trump Organization and a local partner to develop golf courses, hotels, and real estate in the Khoai Chau district. The massive project, spanning 990 hectares, will include a large golf course, residential areas, and commercial spaces. Construction is set to begin this year and conclude in 2029. Meanwhile, Vietnam is negotiating with the U.S.
