💨 Abstract
A mourning ceremony for Sebastião Salgado, renowned Brazilian photographer and environmentalist, was held in Reims, France. Friends, admirers, and fellow artists gathered, including his widow Lélia Wanick Salgado and sons Rodrigo and Juliano. Salgado, who lived in Paris for over 50 years, was celebrated for his powerful black-and-white photography and his vibrant life. He passed away at 81 after battling leukemia and other health issues.
