💨 Abstract
A federal judge denied 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports' request to retain racing charters, forcing them to qualify on speed. The six affected cars, including those driven by Tyler Reddick and Bubba Wallace, will race as open entries this weekend and next. The teams argue this move puts them at risk of going out of business, but the judge noted they won't lose drivers or sponsors immediately.
