💨 Abstract
A third suspect, Ukrainian national Petro Pochynok, 34, has been charged with conspiracy to commit arson targeting properties linked to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer. Two others, Roman Lavrynovych and Stanislav Carpiuc, were previously charged. The fires, set over three nights in May, did not cause injuries. Starmer had moved out of his targeted home after becoming PM.
