German prosecutors have charged a Syrian national, Mohammad A., for allegedly supporting a failed plot to attack Taylor Swift concerts in Vienna last year. Mohammad A. is accused of supporting a foreign terrorist organization and preparing a serious act of violence. He helped by translating bomb-building instructions and facilitating contact with an IS member. The suspect is not in custody, and the court will decide on a trial date.
