💨 Abstract
A train derailed in southern Germany, killing three and injuring 41. Heavy rainfall caused a landslide, leading to the accident near Riedlingen. The train's 32-year-old driver, a 36-year-old apprentice, and a 70-year-old passenger were killed. Police attributed the derailment to an overflowing sewage shaft. Deutsche Bahn's CEO expressed condolences and pledged support for the investigation.
