💨 Abstract
Britain, France, and Germany (E3) have threatened to reimpose U.N. sanctions on Iran unless it resumes nuclear negotiations and cooperates with the IAEA by the end of August 2025. The E3 is prepared to use the "snapback" mechanism if Iran does not comply. This move follows a diplomatic standoff and a war between Iran and Israel in June.
