💨 Abstract
On Monday, 27-year-old Shane Tamura from Las Vegas shot and killed four people, including a NYPD officer, and himself at an office building on Park Avenue in Manhattan. Tamura, who had a documented history of mental health issues, left a note suggesting his anger towards a possible link between his mental illness and his past football experiences, possibly due to Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE). The building housed the NFL's corporate offices among others.
