💨 Abstract
An elderly man, William Morris Jones, 92, died in Gwynedd, north Wales, after getting stuck in mud in a waterlogged field while taking a morning walk. Found by police, Mr. Jones was suffering from hypothermia. Despite being reported missing and searches by family, he remained in the treacherous mud for up to 28 hours. His body showed severe conditions of hypothermia and died from bronchopneumonia. Death deemed accidental.
