💨 Abstract
The Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper, has announced plans to proscribe the pro-Palestine group Palestine Action as a terrorist organization following their vandalism of two planes at RAF Brize Norton. This decision will make membership and support for the group illegal under the Terrorism Act 2000. The group had claimed that the planes were used to support military actions in Gaza. Prime Minister Keir Starmer condemned the incident, emphasizing the importance of supporting the armed forces.
