💨 Abstract
A convicted ringleader of the Rochdale child sex abuse gang, Qari Rauf, is living in the UK despite efforts to deport him. Rauf, 55 uses a panic button provided by police protection while living off support from his wife and reportedly throwing parties. Pakistan has refused to accept him and fellow ringleader Adil Khan, who are now stateless. Officials are negotiating with Pakistan, but the situation is complicated.
