đ¨ Abstract
Georgia congressional representative Mike Collins, running for Senate, faced ridicule after misspelling "Georgia" as "Georiga" in his campaign ad. He criticized Democratic senators for allegedly supporting gang members over nursing students and vowed to "put the hammer down." His incorrect spelling drew mockery on social media. Collins, a Trump supporter, owns a trucking company and is challenging Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff. This isn't the first time a Georgia-focused campaign has made a location error.
