💨 Abstract
The Crooked House, a historic 260-year-old pub in Himley, near Dudley, has been left in disrepair after vandalism and suspected arson. The pub, known for its distinctive lean due to mining activity, was reduced to rubble and now faces security issues. Campaigners, including former customers and local councillors, are pushing for its rebuilding, emphasizing its cultural significance to the Black Country. Despite legal proceedings against the owners, progress has been slow.
