đ¨ Abstract
A heatwave is predicted to raise temperatures to the low to mid-30s Celsius (low 90s Fahrenheit) in eastern England over the weekend. While Scotland and Northern Ireland may face thunderstorms, the south is expected to remain sunny and warm. The UK has already experienced its warmest June on record and the second hottest, causing issues like low water levels in canals.
