💨 Abstract
A man, believed to be a taxi driver in his 50s, died after being struck by a vehicle as he exited his car on the M23. The incident involved an Audi and a VW, leading to the arrest of a man in his 40s on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. The M23 and A23 were closed, and police are seeking witnesses and footage related to a purple Audi Q4.
