TikTok has agreed to transfer a significant portion of its U.S. operations to a group of American investors, resolving a long-standing dispute with the U.S. government. The new joint venture, "TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC," will include Oracle, Silver Lake, and MGX as major investors, holding 45% of the U.S. operation, while ByteDance retains nearly 20%.
