In Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur, Rajeev Dubey is under investigation for allegedly defrauding hundreds of people by promising 'anti-ageing' treatment using an oxygen chamber, purportedly imported from Israel. The chamber, however, was locally made and the business operated on a multi-level marketing model.
