💨 Abstract
Mizoram's Chief Minister Lalduhoma declared the state as India's first fully literate state, marking a significant milestone. The achievement was celebrated in the presence of Union Minister of State for Education Jayant Chaudhary. The state had a literacy rate of 91.33% in the 2011 Census and implemented programs like ULLAS and Nav Bharat Saksharta Karyakram to educate the remaining non-literate individuals.
