💨 Abstract
Two years after ethnic conflict erupted in Manipur, the state remains in turmoil. The clash primarily involves the majority Meiteis and the Kukis, the second-largest ethnic group. The Meiteis, confined to the Imphal valley, seek land rights outside their restricted area, while the Kukis and other tribal communities have access to the hilly regions.
