💨 Abstract

Russian missiles hit a five-story apartment building in Kharkiv, Ukraine, causing extensive damage and injuring at least 25 people, with some reports indicating 30 injured. The attack left the building in ruins, and emergency crews were on-site to clear debris and search for survivors. Kharkiv, near the Russian border, has been a frequent target of aerial attacks since the start of the Russian invasion in February 2022.
