💨 Abstract
PG Glass and Glasfit, the dominant players in South Africa's automotive glass sector, have been accused of operating a price-fixing cartel for over two decades. The Competition Commission found that the companies colluded on pricing and distribution, rather than competing. This practice is alleged to have started in 2004 and violates the Competition Act of 1998.
