The South African rock duo Cantrel, consisting of father Neil and son Jesse Breytenbach, has gained global recognition with their latest EP "Jump." The EP, which features their viral TikTok hit "Walls," showcases the duo's raw emotion and energetic sound. During the lockdown, Neil and Jesse began collaborating on music, leading to the formation of their duo. They have since toured internationally, with their music drawing inspiration from the vibrant energy of KwaZulu-Natal.
