đź’¨ Abstract
In 2025, South Africa saw a 16% decline in rhino poaching compared to 2024, with 352 rhinos poached. The decrease was attributed to improved anti-poaching efforts. However, Mpumalanga, particularly the Kruger National Park, experienced a significant increase in poaching.
