💨 Abstract

Cape Town has introduced its first drive-through vehicle licence renewal facility in Brackenfell to make the process more efficient. The centre, operational from Mondays to Fridays and Saturdays, aims to reduce waiting times to as little as five minutes for those with complete paperwork. It accepts only card payments and continues efforts to streamline customer interactions. The City of Cape Town intends to expand these drive-through facilities to become the most convenient vehicle licence renewal agent in South Africa.
