💨 Abstract
Two ships have passed through the Strait of Hormuz since Iran agreed to a two-week ceasefire, allowing passage through the waterway with Iranian coordination. The ships, a Greek-owned bulk carrier and a Liberia-flagged vessel, transited the strait on Wednesday. However, it's unclear if this indicates a broader reopening or a previously approved exception. Around 800 ships are currently stuck in the Gulf due to restricted access.
