đź’¨ Abstract
In September 2025, South African motorists may see a decrease in petrol and diesel prices due to a stronger rand and lower Brent crude oil prices. If market conditions remain stable, petrol could drop by 15 cents (93 octane) or 8 cents (95 octane), while diesel could decrease by 33-35 cents per litre. Illuminating paraffin is also expected to fall by 26 cents.
