The South African Police Service (SAPS) launched an e-recruitment system and received over 67,000 applications within 24 hours for 5,500 trainee positions. The digital platform aims to reduce paperwork, corruption, and inefficiencies. Applications are open until July 18, 2025, targeting 18-35-year-olds with no criminal records.
